I'm in the process of tracking a drifter battleship in the Eglennaert system, this is a call to all capsuleers in the area,

The ship is aggressive, and is taking on the CONCORD guards

Drifters engaging patrols has been a recent phenomenon. A week ago I caught reference to this as people observed Drifters engaging Gallente gate patrols. However, the skirmish is odd, they exchange several shots then stand down. Considering Concord often has ships close to gates, this is likely a mimicking of that behaviour.
As Kartem Kaso says, the Drifter & Concord exchanged shots & then the Drifter warped out, this is similar to earlier reports I received from others regarding Drifter skirmishes between the Gallente Navy gate patrol & Gallente Police Patrol. This is the first skirmish I know about between a Drifter & Concord however.
The Eglennaert system is in Federation space & so far this behaviour has not been reported outside their space for reasons unknown.

For now, I have no idea why these skirmishes aren't reported outside Gallente space. Maybe people didn't notice it yet, or perhaps they're singling out Gallente gate security for reasons unknown.

A Circadian Seeker? That's your answer, then. When pilots engage Circadian Seekers, they will sometimes call for reinforcements. In the case of a lone Seeker, it's the remnant of a flight that may have ranged from three to six drones in size, and was reinforced by a Tyrannos ship instead of more Sleeper drones.

Someone likely received an unpleasant surprise while hunting drones.

I'm currently on-scene with some others, and have only seen the Drifter taking normal action, even at gates.
