In that case, you're PvP:ing — you can't really play EVE without doing so.


PvP = Player verses Player

That means Players interacting with other Players.

Running missions is PvE.

PvE = Player verses Environment.

Players can run Agent missions without ever interacting with other players in Eve.

That means people can indeed play this game without doing PvP.
