My brothers and sisters, a great tragedy has befallen our empire today.

Soon we will gather to mark to passing of our illustrious Empress who has fallen to the blade of the abominations we call the Drifters.

The time has come for all loyal Amarrians to return to the empire, the time has come for all subjects of the throne to enlist in the ranks of the Imperial Navy and rally to the banner of crusade.

It is time to take the fight to the Drifters. Jamyl I will be avenged.
