It's the opposite; the more PLEX you pack in the cargohold, the quicker CONCORD appears so stuff that AP Astero with em, miners, you'll never get ganked.

That's what I meant by "decrease reaction time" - a decrease in reaction time is an increase in reaction speed. Blink
