Logitech G430 "Simulated Surround"

I have a pair of G430 headphones that use a USB dongle to run some kind of simulated surround sound.

They are great. but due to the way they do what they do, they cause sound sources that are not 3d mapped to "Flutter" in and out.
The best example in EVE is locking down a target you hear that "crunch crunch crunch" (the target locking noise)
This causes the in-game music to "flutter".
I had long ago given up on this problem and just turned off the EVE music.

But today I found out that while in another game called Fallout, the background music also has the same problem, BUT... the "radio" in that game is treated as a 3D sound source and doesn't "Flutter" as it is being properly calculated by the virtual surround dongle.

Would it be possible to map EVE's background music to a 3d location?

Now with 100% less Troll.
