Budding Ewar specialist. Have a few hours before I can fit my T2 modules, so might as well ask now. Would a rainbow fit be best, to cover every angle or should I fit, say, two Radar and two Ladar (the ships my Corp often deals with are mostly Minny and Amarr) for extra strength?

Carry a full set of each and swap out as and when needed, might mean needing an m-depo but even on a bonused hull multi isn't all that great.

also use the meta 4 jams , they are better currently than the t2, thers a sticky atop this subforum explaining why.

all depends on situation

to elaborate:

1. Slow fleet? Take all racials with you and a depot. You don't want jams to be present at the start of a fight anyway.

2. Quick fleet moving through lowsec? You're going to get all manner of of ships, fit multi.

3. Wormhole space? Guaranteed to meet **** like guardians and stratios, carry gallente and amarr jams.

4. Null sec where they blob in caracals all the time? Caldari

First off, I think you will find the meta 4 versions better than T2.

Then I think fits depend on the ship you're flying.
Falcon gets 6 ECM mods, so I generally have fit 2 Caldari, 2 Gallente, and 1+1 or 2 Multi's. The idea being to cover other Falcons, Basi's, Scorpions, Arazu's, Damp ships, and random DPS ships.

If you camp, good intel should let you swap fits from a depot.
If you roam, a base fit and an idea how to use it is all you can do.

The default is always a rainbow rack. In a Kitsune, I carry three spares of each and a mobile depot so I can fully stack the rack if need be.

Oh yeah, use the Meta 4 gear, not the T2.

I always ran 1, 1, 1, 2 on the falcon. the 2 was usually caldari jams because a lot of what we shot was caldari, plus counter jams for another falcon.
