Poking fun of miners for fitting ridiculously expensive deadspace modules on their barges....it's like you wanted to disincentivize them from doing that in the future.
Why are you doing this?
If anything, you should promote the use of Gist-B type MSBs on barges as the only way to prevent a gank.

It's reverse psychology. You see, to a miner, anything we say is wrong so they do the opposite. By asking them to quit fitting ded mods to barges, it will in fact make more miners equip them.

It's the opposite; the more PLEX you pack in the cargohold, the quicker CONCORD appears so stuff that AP Astero with em, miners, you'll never get ganked.
