Forced to crash during pvp

Lately I've been getting a lot of red flags to really one sided fights (my Tengu vs Hurricane, Tengu vs Myrm, Tengu vs Harb) where they aggress and they are certainly not noobs. As soon as I red flag back, my client crashes very slowly and strangely forcing me to ctrl+alt+delete and restart. I come back to them shooting me of course, or in one case, reshipped (he would have had just barely enough time) but luckily never killed yet. This has happened within the last 2 days.

I am not a very paranoid person, but I've crashed and d/c'd plenty in this game and this is something new to me. The timing is obviously very inconvenient and unfortunately suspicious. Only happened in the last 2 days or so.

Well it happened yet again, this time I lost the ship. In the exact same manner. I lock on, I slowly crash (only on the client im fighting anybody on of course) and I log back in 25km away from the station. With 3 targets.

Little sidenote, I just reset my cache and it appears my petition disappeared. So I remade one, but that also does not appear. Did I break it?
