Something Interesting

I thought I'd post something interesting on the forum as there seems to be a shortage of anything of the sort:

SOMETHING INTERESTING

Just so this has a topic.

1. How does someone "reek of Carebear"? I swear, that's one of the most ridiculous uses of the English language I've ever read.

2. Hulkageddon: The children doing this would be better off stripping down to their shorts and running around in circles giggling until they pass out from hyperventilation. They should then be given a glass of warm milk and ushered off to beddy-bye...after brushing their teeth.

3. Piracy in EVE without law enforcement: Yeah, right. Mean old piwates.

4. Tippia should open The EVE Merchant University. (I so hate to compliment Tippia.)

5. How do you recruit for a corp? Duh. Use common sense. It worked for AT&T

SOMETHING INTERESTING (Figured it bears repeating.)

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

This ones easy if you know why they hate carebears. You see it all goes back to there childhoods when they liked to play with girls toys, there families where probably somewhat shocked and 'broke the habit' , leading to resent in the poor homose.. er I mean child which as we can still see clearly to this day they have projected on to the once love of there poor little lives. Obviously smell is supposed to be the sense most related to memory, so next time someone says it just think of the poor little boy snuggled up with his favourite carebear, enjoying that heady odour they now claim to hate.

2. Hulkageddon: The children doing this would be better off stripping down to their shorts and running around in circles giggling until they pass out from hyperventilation. They should then be given a glass of warm milk and ushered off to beddy-bye...after brushing their teeth.

I think this maybe somehow relates to the same childhood scarring and they now want to regress to before a time when they where propelry potty trained. You'll notice a lot of them seem to be obbsesed with pooping

3. Piracy in EVE without law enforcement: Yeah, right. Mean old piwates.

Pirates yada yada, feel sorry for the smucks, sitting on gates all day looking for noob ships to pop, all cos they think it somehow makes them tough, terrible thing peer pressure you know

4. Tippia should open The EVE Merchant University. (I so hate to compliment Tippia.)

Or write 'Post shredding 101, how to argue, win and still look like an A**' Roll

5. How do you recruit for a corp? Duh. Use common sense. It worked for AT&T

Now Now, we learn by asking, that which is obvious to me might not be to you.

SOMETHING INTERESTING (Figured it bears repeating.)

Well it was a distarction for a couple of minutes, kinda think your overselling the interesting angle though Big smile

I do not imbibe alcoholic beverages. They make you stupid. Over time, the brain damage is irreparable. But, how would a drunk know that?

Too much time on the Internet is more damaging to brain function than alcohol.

1) its just an EVEification of a common phrasing whens something is painfully obvious and to the party speaking, offensive.

2) Hulkaggedon is one of the best things to come to EVE, as it is 100% player driven. I hate the attitude of some of the participants, but there are miners who are just as terrible. This is EVE.

3) I'm not sure what your point is. Pirates are mean? Duh...

4) Tippia is great. Even if he argues just for the sake of arguing, he is usually right. Even helped me out long ago to understand something (back on the old forums... and my old character now that I think of it...).

5) I don't know, I don't care. Not my job. Still manage to recruit a few folks somehow.

Just something about what drinking does what to the brain and the second is about the adult brain growing new brain cells.
