Fleet hangar access and W-Space

Soooo basically I'm posing a question as I'm not finding any answers or options to do so.

Have some ships in a Bustard, would like to us them in a fleet if we take off into W-space.

Issue is, we cannot find a way to jettison or board ships from the Fleet hangar even with both corp and fleet access rights turned on.

Am I missing something here or is this not possible.

I think the answer might quite simple: It's a Fleet Hangar, not a Ship Maintenance Bay.
