hi hun,

likely you will need to either code your own or pay a programmer to build one.
good chance you won't find a fully developed 'little' lotto script out there for free download / distribution

I have one you can use, but you'll have to get it working yourself and there will be absolutely no support for it.
Its the original Ships of Eve wallet tracking, ticket generator, and live signature code.

Evemail me ingame.

Features:
- Wallet Walking
- JPG/ PNG Ticket generation
- Ticket Search
- Statistics
- Live Signature update (Update a signature with the tickets sold)
- Its Free

Drawbacks
- You have to figure out how to get it to work :)

If you need something for friends and such, just use random.org to get a fair draw.

I think he wants wallet walking and other such features.
