Still having server status issues

Alright, so I decided to give the problems I had with the game a few days before I would tackle them once more. In chronological order, the problems were:

Steam related install problems(not working as intended)[solved]
Router related firewall[solved, minor error with lag]


Now the problem is that the server is detected as unknown. Quite irritating... is there any reason why it would be detected as unknown? I uninstalled and reinstalled(download took a day and a half 'again') and now I'm quite vexed as to it being shown as unknown. I was playing online no problem but now it's just annoying.

bump, still having problems. I could trace to the server just fine these past few weeks, but thus far I am still not able to log in because the server status is still considered unknown.
