So here's the deal, I've been scouring for anything that could possibly help me with my Launcher offline error. From manually downloading the launcher, I've disabled if not every possible security messure, I'm damn close to it. Hell I even have redownloaded it twice trying to pray to the gaming gods that it would work, but alas it didn't. The only thing I do know must be the cause of this tad bit annoyance is that I've upgraded to W10, that's the only thing that's diffrent.
When it didn't work after the upgrade I thought "Hey, might just be a bad upgrade or something, I'll do a clean install now" Did it but no cigar there.

So I humbly come to you fellows, in hopes that anyone could help guide me back to the stars, not sure what log's are needed so I didn't put them in here just now.

Thanks in advance!

Until tonight I was having the same issues on Windows 10 Pro x64. My solution was to deleted the "C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher" folder and then run the repair tool. Now the launcher is working correctly again.

It sounds like you tried this already, but I wanted to add my 2 cents for anyone else having the issue.

Just to be perfectly clear, when you tried reinstalling the launcher, did you follow the instructions (and the download link) at this page?

https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202664365-Reinstalling-the-Launcher

If that doesn't help, please file a bug report here:

https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/

and attach your launcher log, which you can find using the instructions here:

https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202664145-Launcher-Log

(If you get an "unexpected error," try using the Windows command window to rename the log file to something ending in .txt instead. This is a known issue, but I don't know if it's been fixed yet.)

@CCP Darwin

I have followed your exact steps and still in offline mode, having then done the correct procedures to produce a debug log file for launcher and now I have to turn to the forums as 14 times I have tried to send via the account management Bug Report Submission utility which has returned with

"We've experienced and error and are unable to receive the report at this time, try again later"

So what's left to do?

Please provide me with some way of mailing the logs or something so I can get this resolved, please..

+1

I keep repairing the launcher over and over again every 2-5 days or so. Started for me on Windows 8.1 and hasn´t been fixed since.

Additional Info, I am running 4 Eve clients each with its own installaion through the offline installer.

Logs always end up with:

"2015-08-21 11:02:30,354 - root - utils - INFO - Unable to find key 'LauncherInfo/forceVersion', returning default value None
2015-08-21 11:02:30,355 - root - selfUpdate - ERROR - Error during self update"

And I can reach "https://client.eveonline.com/patches/win_launcherinfoTQ_inc.txt" without any issues.
