Through means I will not disclose, I recently acquired a copy of a conversation between a Hi-Sec Pirate Corp, Poopy Pants Brigade, and CCP. This conversation concerns a general request to turn off all System Security ratings and making all systems 0.0

Stink-butt: Mamma! Mamma! Mamma!

CCP: Not now sweetheart, mommy is busy

Stink-butt: Mamma! Mamma! Mamma!

CCP: Not now, go play with your toys

Stink-butt: Mamma! Mamma! Mamma!

CCP: (sigh) What is it baby? Tell mamma what is wrong.

Stink-butt: Mamma, the big kids won't play with me, waaaaahhhhh!!!

CCP: (eye roll) What do you mean they won't play with you?

Stink-butt: You see, they have nice things, and I want them, but they won't come into Low-Sec now where I can trap them and make them give it to me. So they stay in Hi-Sec and don't want to play with me.

CCP: If you like that stuff, why don't buy it yourself?

Stink-butt: That takes too long, and its too hard to get.

CCP: Ummmmmm ok then, well what do you want me to do about it?

Stink-butt: I want you to make it so they can't hide from me, I want their stuff, they are mean for not giving it to me and hiding behind those mean Concorde police people.

The conversation digresses from there, but you get the drift.
