Probing - Question

As this does not really fit in any subforum, I think WH will have the most competent probers:

I recently done something that I use to do in order to get some ISK when I started this game: probing lost drones and recollecting them.

I think I noticed a change but am not sure whether it is just my memory tricking me: When I had a 100% hit on a non moving target, this used to stay even when moving probes. However this is not the case (anymore?). Did the mechanic change or was it always like this? Do I have to bookmark the hits or is there another way to keep them in the probing window?

Thanks for advice.

As far as I know, if you have a 100% hit then it will remain at 100% until you leave system.

Ships and structures don't stay at 100% if you move the probes.
I don't know if there was a period where they did but historically they did not.

(sigs do)
