Well since the learning skills are now bye bye I would train Cybernetics to level V first if you can stomach it for the 12 days or so it takes. That way you will maximize your SP gain over the life of your toon. In a year you could save as much as two weeks training time. Over 26 years that is an extra year of skills trained.

Other than that I would do missions and exploration. It never hurts to have faction rep and exploration can make you tons of money.

I also am starting over in eve.

I plan on doing the same thing I did before but waste more of my hard earnt isk on even more stupid and creative events than I did before.

Just need to find me some eve programmers....

I would likely start with a different race and work more toward the gank end of gank 'n tank than the tank-heavy drone boat thing.

Join a noob corp. Noob, not NPC.
That should be interesting, especially with your stated history/experiance.

Starting totally over? I wouldn't waste a year on mining skills, for starters. Lol

Ninja salvaging probably the fastest money without much SP. Minimize local if the tears get to be too much.

It's never too early to start PvPing. When I finally decided to stop paying $15 to work a virtual job (aka mining) I got into Factional Warfare and flew a Tristan for ages, didn't too badly with it either. Drams are everywhere now, unfortunately, but they're easy enough to avoid and since you're starting all over you can fly a Rifter instead (I'd say all the upper tier frigs are about even with max. SPs, but if you don't have tons of skillpoints the Rifter is a hell of a lot more noob-friendly)

EDIT:

I also like the above suggestion. You can join a noob corp and steal all their stuff Pirate

As others have said, go crazy. Shoot everything in sight, experiment, learn, and screw people over in the process.

Also, don't underestimate frigates, nor how much "personal" skill can contribute to how good you are.

I'd train for some ridiculous solo boats, triple rep myrm and the like. Go around solo looking for gangs to fight. They would doubtless under-estimate a young character, especially if you stayed in newbcorp. Could make for some good fights, although i'm sure 9 in 10 would be lopsided curb stomps. Lol

You've got a crawler bot that finds anytime your name or Veldspar is mentioned in a thread, don't you?

I've had that for years Lol EVE-Search notifies me with certain keywords.

1) Create corp for yourself, set tax to 0
2) Deposit all your ISK into the corp wallet except for maybe 1-100 ISK
3) Play the whole game as if starting brand new with no ISK, you can take out ISK from the corp wallet only to buy PLEXes for your account

That to me is the fun way, there are other ways though

EDIT: Also, join RvB and learn2pwn everything

Starting over?

I'd have to say I'd have to play a different game...

You know a real game that had play balance and wasn't just an RMT/ BOT mill like EVE.

I'm with this guy. Join RvB and have fun.

Side Note: Just don't forget to take the ISK out of the Corp wallet if you happen to put it in an alts name and later decide to trash that alt before closing corp or rejoining corp. Bad way to lose ISK.
