Troika Member #2: “Yeah, right. Restrain yourself or be removed, objection DENIED! Continue, 3+1=5 Prosecutor.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “As I was saying, Poor Okra Pilot is guilty of the following crimes against the Codiet Onion: By his own admission as seen on another forum, he was AFK for five seconds as his ‘trap’ was in turn trapped. This overt attempt at bot-aspiratism is in itself a terrible charge. Second, while AFK he allowed his ship to be bumped, resulting in not being able to warp away as only seven ships were able to destroy his ship. Troika Member #1: “SIT DOWN, TRAITOR! You have the right to answer after the 3+1+5 Prosecutor has finished.”
Poor Okra Pilot: “I have the right to answer?”
Troika Member #1: “No. That was just some legal mumbo-jumbo to make you think that you do. Prosecutor, proceed.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “He had the audacity to be in a corporation named ‘Sword of the Savior’ although having lost a one against seven engagement, it should be named ‘Dull Rusty Butterknife of the Savior…”

Ok, just don't mind me asking some questions:

- If you guys are so cool, all about fun, with good community and internal relations etc, how come a whole corp gets kicked out of the alliance instead of directorship simply sorting out the incident the day after and kicking the guy out (which, coming from you who claim to laugh at kb stats would still be a fairly funny thing to do, but kind of more logical).

- Guy was inside corp for just 7 days, but that's already enough to start 'thinking' about kicking him out since he's not contributing? Damn, you are true leet pvpers.

- I din't take down 10+ bil ships, but I got a 7 bil one of yours (among others). Does that count?

- is it only important that a 'bad' killmail is not traceable to code for a random outsider, since I don't remember you kicking out some other folks who had worse and lazier losses than this one (namely - oprah winfrey getting podded in kamio while being afk in a ship named after the char), or your illustrious executor, losing his provi and the pod (again, afk)? Let's not forget about Daxter either, logging off in front of my svipul with combat probes out, losing his 2 bil pod

- Why did Globby bother with that failed DC story on reddit?

All in all, an Orca lost should be irrelevant for a bunch of fun-loving, isk-showering, no s***s given guys who are only trying to do good thing and fight the afk disease while preaching their code.
However, all of the above provides enough material for anyone with some common sense to doubt your whole narrative and everything you ever post related to it since it certainly does appear that a) loyal rage-kicked that corp, and b) you guys don't believe in stuff you rub into others faces all the time.

The Prosecutor’s Case

Twelfth Official Crier of the Troika of the Supreme Codiet: “The court is now in session. All hail littlejimmie3+1=5!
All Present: “All hail littlejimmie3+1=5!”
Troika Member #1: “3+1=5 Prosecutor, present your first witness.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “I call Poor Okra Pilot to the stand.”
Poor Okra Pilot: “Objection, I can be called to testify against myself? What is this?”
Troika Member #1: “Did you need another night in the bonus rooms…..errrr, the isolator?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “Oh, I remove my objection.”
Troika Member #1: “Take the stand and take the oath.”
Court records are damaged at this point, suffice it to say that the oath takes approximately 53 minutes to recite correctly and it was done. Record continues…..
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “State your name for the record.”
Poor Okra Pilot: “Poor Okra Pilot.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “On or about August 15, 2015 were you piloting an Okra?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “I was.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “was said ship destroyed by only SEVEN attackers?”

3+1=5 Prosecutor: Members of the Troika, please remind the witness to only answer the questions, not make silly excuses.”

Poor Okra Pilot: “for five se….”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “Were you or were you not?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “I was AFK”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “As a result your ship was destroyed?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “It was.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “Does the destruction of your ship by only seven attackers seem like elite PVP to you?
Poor Okra Pilot: “I decline to answer.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “Was your ship unarmed?
Poor Okra Pilot: “There were no installed weapons.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “Surely you had drones?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “There were eight drones onboard, but only three had weap…..”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “What is it with the word ‘but’ ? Surely you had the capability to fight off only seven attackers or at least jam them to allow your ship to escape? Is that elite PVP?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “I decline to answer”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “Normally, I would insist on an answer, but let’s move on to the cargo. Is a Mining Foreman Link – Laser Optimization I used for elite PVP?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “No.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “It is used for mining, is it not?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “Yes.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “In that case, where is your permit?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “I don’t need a……”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “Yes, yes. ‘I don’t need a permit because I enforce rules that I don’t have to follow’. A familiar argument with a certain amount of precedent when you are the one destroying ships. Now you are on the other side of the coin, how can anyone feel sorry for you for not having a permit?”
Poor Okra Pilot: “I don’t know.”
3+1=5 Prosecutor: “The prosecution rests, retaining the rights granted earlier in the proceedings. I move for Summary Judgement in the favor of the Codiet Onion in this matter as I have proved a prima facie case.”
Troika Member #1: “Motion denied, I would like to have the traitor back in the bonus roo….. errr, isolator for the evening so that he can explain and throw himself on the mercy of the court. Court is in recess. All hail littlejimmie3+1=5!”
All Present: “All Hail littlejimmie3+1=5!”

Yes he was dimwit, because he stuck that in after I said derailing the thread with the thunderdome stuff. At that point I decided to block him because it was just too evident. and added that as a PS. Another CODE dimwit.

So back to the matter in hand why was that CODE pilot kicked?

You see Drac, this is the problem I was explaining some time ago. It's a tactic I've seen people use in RL. They control what gets argued about as a means of avoiding the core question. I think some of the posters here probably do this work in RL, probably working in some kind of public relations of propaganda role.

The question is: Why did that CODE. pilot get kicked? Why can't they answer that question? To what effect was there butthurt involved?

They can even say "we kicked him because we can" and that at least would be an answer.

I said "as" not "exactly the same as". Admittedly, not being a native speaker this might have been a poor choice of the word. On the other hand, Merriam Webster does define one of the possible meanings of "as" to be "like".

Also, nitpicking linguistic stuff does only look like further DC and failures to provide clear-cut answers.

I kind of picked some of that up myself. How many people in CODE. are presently and "secretly" having someone over them thinking they are not up to standards and are going to be kicked for one mistake or loss?

For an organization that pretends to not care about anything and be all about wrecking stuff, they certainly are a little uptight. I would be concerned if I were in CODE. Getting kicked from CODE. is like being fired from an unpaid internship. But evidently there is some element afoot taking this stuff very seriously to the point that their own members don't matter when appearance (as it appears) turns out to be everything.

But it's also of no surprise. The most damaging means of hurting CODE. is not even argued about, They won't even give it the attention of a red herring. When dealing with PR and propaganda specialists you can tell what the real issue is by that which is never truly argued about, and when brought of a flurry of derailments follow. And that they started putting delays in their Twitch streams is also telling. CODE. is not invincible. I have seen them fail many times, but they being propaganda specialists make it seem like everything goes well for them. I see the same elements in RL, where important topics never get covered but mundane things get signal boosted. Look at what happens "in the background" around the world while everybody is freaking out over a lion for example.
