how much sp will 110 bill get me realisticly

As above i have between 100 - 110 bill ISK to spend on my new main im looking at approx 180+ SP

does this sound reasonable ?

In Case you are lucky and someone is selling his Character for this Price..
..most Pilots with 180+ SP are sold for 130B up to 170B (depends on the Focus and Interest).
