Will it have anything NPC or PVD in it?
I know it is going to be a MMO just like eve, but will it have anything that u can do in it if you're not contracted to fight?

yes

Edit: I don't know about PvE, but you won't need EVE contracts to PvP.

IIRC you will be able to do PvE stuff on empire planets.

If you take all the sand out of the box, only the cat poo will remain.

It's a shooter that isn't Call of Duty. It will be dead at release.

I kid...kinda. I just hope that it pulls enough players from other FPS games to keep it alive, even if it becomes a niche game.
