If we wave enough cash or chuck enough wallets at THQ executives they might just wise up... THEY BETTER! Pirate

What's the matter? What are you asking people to sign up to? (Just in case you are the only one who knows WTF are you talking about)

And no, I will not open the link, it's YOU who are asking something for us, not the opposite, so spit it up.

Relic have enough on their plates at the moment, they are working on DLC content for Dawn of War II - Retribution and for Space Marine, Relic are also working on the next Dawn of War, either another expansion for Dawn of War II or the third game in the series. There are also rumours another Company of Heroes is under development as well. Finally Relic are involved with Dark Millennium online with Vigil to a small extent.

I would like to see another Homeworld game but with all their other projects and the problems THQ are in we might not get it for a long time yet, if ever.

+1 for a Freelancer sequel, Microsoft games did start making it for the X-Box 360 but cancelled it. After Digital Anvil closed all hope was lost though. They made a bunch of tech demos (watch at your own risk, music is awful) and the graphics and physics had moved on a lot compared to the first game.

Homeworld is my fav game ever! but i thought the rights to it were split up between multiple companies which makes any more sequels impossible.

i love homeworld they could do so much with the series, a solo RPG, an mmo, a 3rd person shooter/simulator/strategy

"THQ currently owns Relic, which in turn means that we now have the rights to the Homeworld brand, however, at this time we have no comment on any future games from THQ based on Homeworld." — Eurogamer spokesperson

Homeworld 3 please.

Also, Company of Heroes 2. This time without the goofy faction mechanics of the British that killed game balance.

after seeing what thq did with warhammer 40k i'd sooner carve out my eye with a rusty spoon than subject myself to digital rights management scheme they stapled to it again.

Yeah ... Nothing beats the old world and style of the original Privateer in Sci-fi gaming for me , a new Privateer/Freelancer game made for today's standards. That would totally rock, Never was too keen on Homeworld.

Privateer 3 is an idea that looks like... WOW!!! I still remember flying my Centurion, fitted with Tachyon guns... Lol

But then, Syndicate "3" also looked like WOW until they turned it into a bloody FPS...

I thought the problem with HW wasn't related to want...rather stuck in legal who owns whatville/who is hired to produce etc.

Also as for this ^ rumor is they're starting on it again. Problem was their lead designer got killed by someone on drugs who hit him with her car a year or more ago. All I can say is the next one dont make it so you cab buy experience for all German crews....or the dumb British way of officers attached to crews.

THQ owns relic which owns homeworld rights they can do it legally its a matter of want and resources, THQ also has ok games then breaks them with fail marketing which kills the profit.

all they have to do is say
Hey, homeworld 3 next january
have a demo, facebook page, minor advertising
and there you go, a cult hit ( assuming its done correctly)
homefront was a decent game. the problem was all this promised derp and herp about how its a heart wrenching story then awesome online..

in reality it was a bad single player, and the multiplayer was good but lacked variety ( mostly due to only a few maps)
after all the marketing the profits were much smaller then expected. plus there were game breaking bugs.
