It could be to the right buyer. Has pretty solid core skills in everything, good carrier pilot (id train JDC to 4)

You might run into the problem that you have more skills than a carrier sitter but less than a very focused carrier pilot, and you are kind of spread out into missle and gun ships with pretty weak frigate skills.

Train JDC to 4, marauders to 4 and buff up those shield resist skills and id say you could get 20b as a "pve vargur/carrier beast"
