Looking for an uninhabited C4 with either a C4 or a C5 static and a C2 or C3 static.

Basically one with a high end static and a low end static. Not looking for two high ends or two low ends.

Assets already in situ. considered desirable but not essential (eg transferrable POCO's [if decent PI] / POS / Carrier)
