Serpentis Ratting, 2 Accounts

So for Serpentis Anomalies, I want to make it faster. Been doing it in a 100MN AB Ishtar and have 3 Accounts, but want to use only 2 for now for this task.

Now I was thinking, maybe just do 2 Ishtars should work well with Drone Assigning to one of them etc yes?
Or more useful to use a turret ship (Can fly the laser BS stuff and Proteus / Legion, HACS and Droneboats) to go with one Ishtar? Or something completely different? 2 Snakes? 2 Gilas?

Also sort of need a backup for when the Ishtar gets its next nerf, might be nerfed to the ground I m afraid lol.

Help me out!

I would suggest you take your drone skills and invest in a carrier. Belt ratting is sublime in one.

2 snakes and just set drones on aggressive, autotargeting missiles and go afk

I got carrier on my 3rd account and will eventually use my Thanny with Geckos / Fighters whatever I need and use that for ratting, together with 2 other ships from my other 2 accounts. But I want to take it step by step, slowly. Not willing to loose a ratting carrier yet, until I buy another 3 or so.

When that happens, I will probably make another thread to ask which 2 ships I should bring together with my carrier :P

I m liking the idea of 2 Snakes that was mentioned, even though I dont go afk while I m ratting in Null, but I sounds like it could be done after quite a few glasses of wine / beers etc whatever floats your goat.

thanatos using fighters with another account with an ishtar, carrier kills battleships, let the ishtar deal with the smaller stuff

Two Rattlesnakes in two different systems would be the best setup.

Gilas aren't as optimal because it takes them a bit more time to kill the BS rats. Though its a bit offset since they warp faster.

Okay might try 2 Snakes then. Someone said belt ratting but I am doing Anoms not belts obviously, just saying.

Thanks for all the answers, hope the snake doesnt get too nerfed cause of its OPness and I know people in my alliance are flying it a lot too.

It's not that boring as two snakes. Both Gila and Rattler turned into carebaer's dream. You're almost afk on those. I prefer to be involved Blink

I don't do afk, on my Ishtar for instance the target choosing makes my ticks a lot higher. I am now thinking about Sentries or Heavies... If I fit the Snake for extra speed of my heavy drones, travel time is not that bad and I am doing a lot more deeps than with Sentries (got both at max skills) The semi afk nature could mean though that I can do this quite drunk, just watch local and intel like a hawk and choose my targets wisely, can do drunk good!

Was thinking Augmented Wasps or Wasp II if I remember correctly they are the heavy ones I should use as they are better than Geckos (shooting in resist hole etc, don't know which one tracks better from the top of my head. Or should I go sentry?

Will build a nice fit in the future as the Snake is not too hard to fit imo and just have to decide which drones.

I don't know too much about null anoms but do the waves spawn fairly close to initial?

If so then heavies might be ok, however I think instant application from sentries still might trump it.

Serpentis Havens and Sanctums I think they spawn fairly close to each other as far as I m aware, I do have Drone Nav Computer on my current fit so my heavies are not the slowest. Might even have a fit with 2 of them.
