T2 logi frigates

I would like to see T2 logi frigates. What are pros/cons?

The cost difference isn't high enough to force a choice from T1 to T2 frig with -usually- deadspace repairs. There simply wouldn't be a meaningful choice between T1 and T2. Currently it's 40mil to 180mil for cruisers, which is a difference. 20 to 40 is rather not.
