Saturday, August 15 from 10am to 12:30pm PDT

I'm hosting an EVE Alliance Tournament event at a local gamer pub. They are opening an hour early for us and streaming the tournament.

Location: Tabletop Commons
(a relatively new gamer bar/pub in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego)
1263 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103
Street parking is easy at this hour.

This is a full bar and the kitchen opens at 11am. You must be 21 years old.

Come on down. Meet some fellow EVE players, watch the tournament, and check out a new bar aimed specifically at gamers. Introduce yourself to me and I will buy your first drink.

No RSVP needed.

Sounds like a lot of fun, wish I could attend.

Anyway, this thread and your event was posted on the California Capsuleers message board by JamesS. I then 'Featured' it as an Eve Meet which should help promote it to other members.

I suggest you take a look at the Eve Online thread - California Eve Players (USA) - and use that as a mailing list to send an in-game Eve-mail message (Eve mail messages can be sent to 20 names at a time) to all characters who live in the general area.

That should help generate more attendance. Hope you have much success with the event.
