Creating new character HELP!!!

Anybody else having a problem creating a new character?

trying to make an alt character. i go into the character creation screen and choose my race then hit next to go to bloodline and all i get is a blank screen. Had to hard reset my computer several times now cause it gets hung up.

Please Help!!

I'd suggest trying to select the low detail characters in the game options before going there. That may help. Can also try using the repair utility in the Eve folder to see if you have something corrupt. Can also reset your cache in game options as well. If those don't work, you'll need to petition most likely.

delete eve and redownload it fix the **** 98% of time

I made a new character last week or so and it worked fine for me then.
