This did not work for me. I tired all 3 accounts none can access game with same error regardless of using launcher shortcut or .exe .

Same .. I can get this account online but none of my others including logging into eve forums.. just comes up with error on the other accounts..

Welp nothing works for me also when you log onto Account management on the website you get an error there as well so seems like its a auth server issue >.< GAH! FIX PLEASE!

Well, logging in to support site gives me a python error with the same "token" error. Thankfully I can get in to the forums but no amount of "running eve.exe" or restarting the machine or repair tool resolves logging in...

Run *REPAIR TOOL* then when it is done updating, close it and make sure ur eve launcher is closed... run the repair tool AGAIN. then launch the launcher and login. That worked for me ^^

I disabled Windows Defender after getting this message and being unable to log in on all accounts.

As soon as I switched it off and tried again I was able to log in immediately.

If you turn this off it should only be temporary. Windows 10 also automatically turns it back on again I think, but I am not sure of the timeframe.

Had the same thing happen to me, couldn't eve log into account management, had to launch directly from the exe in program files/cpp/eve/bin exefile.exe to get game to launch then oddly enough i was able to log into my account through account services, possibly something with there authentication server?

I was having this issue as well. Was unable to log into the game OR the website. It just magically fixed itself even though I didn't do anything. I suggest you guys try one more time.

Any word on a cause, CCP?

Thank god! I thought it was just me. I had one account on and then poof! I could not log the rest and then all those unexpected errors and even on the eve website.

CCP months was 30 days... they are simply going to 29... randomly 1 of 30 you can't play... i'ts a new rule mates, take it easy.
CCP take the money and run... 15E/mo. are so little mates... c'moooonnn...

Had the same issue here, waited a while and tried logging in an got it.

Also had issues logging in on the forums, but now that I've been able to log in to the game I was able to log in on the forums too.


Sorry not much help for other people, but hopefully others will be able to log in asap.

Thanks. That seemed to do it for me at least. Steps I did:

1.) Close eve client / launcher.
2.) Run repair.exe
- In my case, it downloaded a "repair.exe_kjhsg" and deleted my repair.exe. I renamed the new file to .exe
3.) Run Repair.exe
4.) Launch eve.exe
- Still got the auth error
5.) Closed eve client/launcher
6.) Ran Repair.exe 2x.
7.) Run eve.exe
- now able to get into the game

Mozillia's support page states the following:
"That is a problem with a Python script that runs on the server. The website needs to fix this. If the problem persists then contact them via e-mail."

After I experienced this I spoke to my friends in Raid Call and some of their toons can get in and others can't.

SWEET MURPHY!!!! After I type all this up, one of my friends tried again and they fixed the RADIUS server or whatever authentication method they use......

What worked for me was disabling download on demand and downloading all the files. Perhaps this helps someone.
