Hey all o/

First I'd like to say that I don't mind training the character myself a bit to reach my criteria.

I'm looking to purchase a character with industrial / trading skills as-well as hauling skills (preferably freighters).
I'm happy with characters in or below the five to six (5-6) bil range but I can do more if the character is worth it.
