I am currently selling this character. He is focused Gallente and would be great for someone wanting to try their hand at Faction Warfare.

Spaceship Command 5
Gallente Frigate and Destroyer to 5
Assault Frigate 5
Covert Ops 5

Needs a little work with gunnery but not much if you stay focused on Gallente.

Engineering Core Skills all 5

Decent Drone skills but could use some improvements to make it great.
