As an avid capsuleer fighting and dying(***) before the mighty mission pirates located within the depth of Isseras Solar system, it seems unusual that nobody is trying to "sell" me a information service.


The idea is simply an immersion factor. But allow us to subscribe to "The Scope" and other New Eden "print" media. A subscription fee paid with ISK would be small boost to immersion.

Once the system is working and notifying players of in-game news and events, perhaps allow for player-paid advertising similar to how the AT system works.


To sum it all up, I think it would be really cool to login to EVE and have some mail waiting for me to look at after I login, but before gritting my teeth, checking my war status and undertaking another battle for the unforgiving darkness of Isseras.
