Survey ideas!

Hi!

Just because of the survey I finally took some time and just jotted down some ideas that I have had for a while (some of them probably for a couple of years).
I always seem to be short on time now a days, thats the reason why I never have posted any of them here before. Even thou I have had every intention in doing so for a very long time. I am not certain every idea have come out as intended, but since I already sent it with the survey I just copied and pasted it here.
I did so because I am curious about them, is there a spark of life in any of them. Are they any good and what do other people think!

Due to my own lack of time I cant say I will be in here to answer every question or post, but I will still be glad to get your feedback.

A small note.
I cant say I am looking forward to WIS, and it seems like it has been postponed for an undecided period of time.
But I feel like it is a mistake, since I believe there is a huge amount of time and effort that already been put into it. Eve needs new features also to attract new players and I do believe CCP needs to evolve and create extra income (Aurum) in order to keep on expanding the only game I ever have played for 8 years!

Survey part starts here:

To be able to buy (with Aurum) paint shops in a station where you have an offices. And the ships you build will have your corporate logo on instead of for example Roden shipyard. Maybe a distinct color also. You get one template, for extra aurum you can purchase maybe one more or two.

This would probably mean that it would be necessary to be able to chose who you bought from on the market.

Also with all the improvements to ships over the years it has become to easy to blitz through Hi sec missions.
Raise the difficulty on level 4 by introducing more randomness.
In some missions they will have shifted how they tank and what damage they deal. In every spawn a random ship or two could spawn with different setup, like Warp scrambler or other EW.

Introduce lvl 6 agents (maybe Jove). Let alliances bid on them through the contract system to create an additional ISK sink. Let the drops and rewards be in material for tech 4 modules and or ships. This ships and modules should be banned in Empire in order to keep the balance. Concord will get you in LS even, if you stay for example more then an minute in one place. That way people can go through but they cant camp or run mission. It is reasonable that the empire don't want individual pilots in ships that out gun them so much.
This will create a niche for mission runners in 0.0 space. The alliance would want to have these people also because they want to get T4 modules. This will in turn create more targets and add value to certain station as well as a strategic target. You would buy them for a limited time. Lets say a year to make it viable as a target for rival alliances. Also let the alliance standing toward the current agent corporation act as an multiplier in order to get a discount on the total sum that has been offered for the agent.
That will introduce more roleplaying and certain agents will be more desirable then others. This will in the end also align certain individuals and corporation and alliance to certain empires.
Make the standing a bigger factor when trading also. Together it should drive people to trade in their empire hubs instead for just Jita. That in turn will create a more diversified market with new options for hi sec traders.
At the same time it will create an incentive for alliances to be in FW in order to get more standing with the right faction.

MAKE Outpost destructible!!
We lose everything in our ships (or POS) when we die, why wouldn't we lose things when we fail to protect our assets in 0.0 space?
If that is to hard lets pretend sisters of eve fly in and saves the day and transport everything to one of their station where it gets impounded, did I hear anyone say Isk sink?

Split all accounts into 3 at the same time triple all PLEX and divide the current subscription fee with 3.
That way Scamming in some way becomes a real occupation as all espionage activities. Someone is actually paying for the character (instead of the throw away mentality that exists today) Also when you do pay for the char you will make certain you have a good scam, instead of this eternal spamming that it is today. It becomes easier for people if they are thinking about a second account to just get a fourth char. It becomes cheaper for new players to enter, why not pay only 6$ to play, and when they are hooked they will certainly get one more and maybe even more after that.
Plexing will also be more common since (at least in the beginning) it will be so cheap to get just one more character. And PLEX is GOOD Right?

Create your own KB! Sorry for saying the name her. But Blizzard was smart when they let other people do the addons and later on incorporated the good ideas to their game. Why shouldn't you incorporate good ideas to the game?

Back to WIS. Poker and gambling seems big in eve. Why not let people pay (with Aurum) for Poker tables for example in their bar/lobby and people could go there and play.

Everything connected to WIS should in one way be paid for with Aurum. You just buy license for a year or a monthly cost. Make it scale just as Offices so it will be incredible expensive to have them in Jita but less so if you decide to move them out a bit.
When I say pay with Aurum. I generally refer to buying the service from you. The player interaction should be in ISK.
But we most likely should need some way to buy and sell Aurum with ISK.
Like a Forex (sounds like a player service, maybe something we could pay Aurum for to have at our station and in WIS)

Remove the rest of the Planetary custom office at a later date!
I don't have any numbers and I am not that often out on a roam, but my feeling is that there is very little incentive to shot down Interbus CO's. If someone does it they just pick planets with unique P0 material on them.

I feel like I could have expanded on a lot of the ideas but I am already running late!

Liked some of the ideas. The WiS ideas are good.

Also like the idea of having some new Jove agents added, maybe even open up a section of Jove space. Of course there would have to be another new type of enemy to battle in their space along with the introduction of a few new ships or modules. Of course Jove space would remain neutral so no Sov action there, however players could still anchor POS's.

Don't like the level 6 agent idea or the destruction of Outposts.

Definitely no to breaking up each account with 3 character slots into 3 different accounts. I doubt CCP would lower the subscription price.

Your level 6 agents part would be a massive expansion in the game and needs to be fleshed out a lot more. Most notably, wtf would T4 modules do? We don't even have T3 modules.

If anything, we need agents in 0.0 sov stations. I've heard the idea before of "let us put them there." I think CCP should just add an upgrade for stations that adds x number of level 1, level 2, level 3, level 4 agents for the local pirate faction or the opposing empire faction of said local pirate faction. Or perhaps a new faction altogether with new modules exclusive to sov station agents.

Oh and +1 to outpost destruction. This would open up 2 major facets (as well as others): attacking regions just to watch them burn and scorched earth policies. These would be awesome.
