Greetings fellow capsuleers and others with access to the IGS.

Allthough I would have preferred to use more direct means, I was unable to find the appropriate channels to contact a represantative of Eifyr and Co. I have therefore decided to take the most public route in hope to establish contact.


Despite the loss of Hilen Tukoss, the Arek'Jalaan project is not dead. The large number of capsuleers attending the memorial service for Hilen Tukoss is a strong and clear sign of this. The Arek'Jalaan has great potential to become what the Crielere project was and more. It holds the promise of a place were scientist from all corporations and nations are working together for the benefit of everyone and not a select few. What makes the Arek'Jalaan project even more promising is the capsuleer support it enjoys. If resources, materials, transport or other things are needed, capsuleers can provide it and on short term. With this in mind, I would like to petition Eifyr and Co for the following:

• To have the container that is currently anchored within Site One: Antiquus removed and analyzed. It was used by an entity that pretended to be Hilen Tukoss. I am aware that it is very unlikely that any clues to the origin of the container or the person who placed it can be found. At the very least it will serve the purpose of removing a unneeded and unwelcome object.


• To consider expanding the current facilities in Site One: Antiquus with a Caldari Research Outpost structure. The construction would be done in the same way as with the construction of Site One itself. The capsuleers will provide the needed materials and resources within a certain time.
An additional and useful expansion would be a construct that allows limited interaction with capsuleer ships. This would be in order to allow the unloading of gathered resources (such as from beyond wormholes).


• Should this expansion take place, to name the structure after Hilen Tukoss and to allow scientists from all corporations and nations to join the Arek'Jalaan project. This would be in line with the strive of the Arek'Jalaan project to provide transparency on the research that is done and on its results.


• To assign or appoint a contact from Eifyr and Co for matters strictly related to the operations of Site One: Antiquus and the research that is done there. This would be to communicate the needs for materials or supplies, in what quantities and also when it is needed.


• To share more information on the will of the late Hilen Tukoss. This would provide some insight into how we can continue the Arek'Jalaan project on his behalf and in the way he intended it.

I will host a gathering at the HQ of Eifyr and Co on the 8th of August, at 19:00 EvE Standard time in the Elgoi system. I would like to invite a representative of Eifyr and Co to attend and reply to the above petition. All interested capsuleers are encouraged to attend.

I will be there if I can.

I shall be there to attend the gathering & support the expansion of Site One & the analysis of the container, albeit I suspect it'll be a general container, as to minimize tracks. Yet investigating the container can be useful, as working from assumptions is dangerous.

I'll be preoccupied with a contract I've taken up for the better part of fourteen hours that day. However, if you can get a stream going, I'll place the video uplink in my HUD during the battle and participate remotely.

... just bear in mind I'll be delayed at times... Plasma charges don't stop because I want them to...

Data trails and records can get you far. With that much time between that event and today it's not going to be easy but hey, neither was Trireme.

I might be able to arrange some assistance.

I planned on writing a report today but it seems that you have beaten me to it. Let us hope that more people will support the petition.

I would like to thank the pilots that attended and those who have given their support despite being unable to attend.
