Petition to Reinburse Sovereignty Blockade Unit BPO's

Sovereignty Blockade Unit's were made reimbursable through npc trade. I would like to see obsolete BPO's (Original Blueprints) able to receive a reimbursement option as well. I understand that BPO's are not packageable, but something should be considered to make this possible.
