I need some ideas on how to fit my legion to fight in null sec anoms and up to 9/10's.

From what I understand of blood raider null sec anoms a legion will just not be able to handle them unfortunately. Try something with an ASB tank or go full passive regan with a little buffer. The nueting in those deadspaces will destroy most ships capacitors.

Too much neuting to do any kind of legion fit as they all rely on an active tank.

Full passive gila/rattle or some kind of sniping ship like a tachyon nightmare would be preferable.

I would suggest Legion HAM + 100 MN AB vesrsion just to check how far this thing will get you.

Use 2x dead space racial energized plates that does not require power.

I use two on my ship which gets me 86% EM and 81% Thermal + the ship racial of high Kin and explo.
