No, I see what you're doing. You're dismissing the evidence because of where it is, but that doesn't change the conclusiveness of the evidence. If Infowars.com posts hard evidence proving a fact, it doesn't matter that inforwars posted it, what matters is the merits of the evidence. Getting it yet? The source is only as relevant as the argument they make, and you don't just dismiss it because of some subjective conclusion you've come to about the source itself. Hitler was an evil man, but he was right about the working class in Germany before WWII.

No one's making anyone say anything. People have agency over the words they choose. And Godwin's Law only applies when the reference to Hitler derails an argument. My reference was to make a point - sometimes, he was right. I didn't call you a Nazi, I didn't say you or AG were as bad as Hitler, so kindly go back to school and learn something, in particular, what applies as a logical fallacy and what does not. The really funny thing about someone like you offering this as an argument is that, not only is it exactly what you're doing, but historically, we didn't do it first.

We've simply acknowledged the game being played, and if we're going to be demonized, which we have been pretty much since the dawn of the game, we might as well give a little back. To me, that's what CODE is all about.

Wait, what? I just saw Remiel use the words Hitler and Nazi, and they weren't blocked by the filter?

[edit: Holy crap! Either they changed the filter and I didn't find out, or the filter is different in different parts of the forum!

Just as when I shoot someone's spaceship, in a spaceship shooting game and they send me hate mail. Mail that includes such delights as what I could do with my Mum, things I can spike myself with and other nasties, it was my fault for manipulating their spaceship into getting violenced.

I'm fully aware that the forum rules are different. What surprised me is the seeming change in the language filter, which I had thought was applied across the entire forum the same way.

Your projecting your hate on to me, very simply the only people who are my enemies in game are those that get in the way of me or my interests, so in terms of the gankers I saw it as a directed attack by certain Goon trader/industrialists to degrade the hisec markets, but I recently realised that the freighters were still flowing and that those players that were left did not care at losing ships and loads because they are so damn rich. So as my interests were covered by that I went to do something more interesting.

I also decided to finish of my production skills so that I can make what I need if it comes down to it, at this point where I am means that having much higher costs than a Goon producer has no impact on me because once I factor in transport I make it cheaper where I am. So I am sorted.

But what I said there is true, you lot have declared all those that do their own thing in Eve as the enemy and act accordingly, thats fine, but I am not surprised that you don't have the guts to admit it.

No the Goons have not won in hisec, the freighters still get through and most of the players left in the game who suffer loss just shrug and say its Eve. However just in case I am doing T2 manufacturing, but really see no need to stay involved in direct action, though my alt will do some wreck shooting to prevent you chaps from looting.

You are doing it again putting words in other peoples mouths and then complaining about it. I have not mentioned the TOS once in this thread or any other for that matter, you are the only one mentioning it.

The word manipulate was about CODE's clever use of role playing to wind up those people who they have ganked to get material to use for that website to push the propaganda that all people who play the game another way are just bad people who deserve it.

I have to say you are easily the biggest and most boring loser I have met in this game, and that is really saying something.
