Has anyone else been "dropping" targets at top of screen?

Hard to fit this question into the subject line, so I'll elaborate.

Roughly once every 4-5 missions, the following happens.

I get busy in an L4 and start targeting / shooting stuff. I'll target wrecks for salvage, etc.

Then at some point, I'll notice that one of the of target displays along the top of my screen (whatever you call them - the ship and wreck pictures with the hull/armor/shield amounts) - has, well, disappeared completely. And honestly, I'm not sure if it was ever drawn in the first place. Keep in mind, the target still appears in the overview, and is actively targeted, and being shot. (And eventually killed.) But... it's nowhere in the list of targets along the top of the screen.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? I've tried moving windows around, but it's not under anything. It's like it's just... never drawn or something.
