FW level 4 kill missions fit i've been playing around with.
I could throw some T2 launchers if needed, but wondering how this would do.

I use MASBs - no sig penalty, less PG used, and no rat should ever really wipe your shields in one hit. If it does - you are doing it wrong.

Plus the masb usually fools those trying to kill you, sometimes you can get out

i have no clue about missioning, and i'm no bomber guru, so this might not apply, but aren't rigor rigs pretty much mandatory on bombers?

Depends on what you are shooting at, and what with.
Navies apply ok on BS and Hauler rats in the missions. If you get a structure mission it wouldn't even matter.

DPS or range rigs are better.
