WTB - Good subcap pvp toon (40-90m sp)

Looking to buy a toon that can fly most/all Cruiser sized ships. Bs and capital skills are also a bonus but my main focus is a subcap pvp toon

I am willing to spend anywhere between 10-20B so I guess I am looking for anything from 40-90m SP


Looking for:

  • All 4 cruisers lvl 5 + bc lvl 5
  • Able to use all t2 medium guns.
  • Preferably will have recon, hac and logistics lvl 5
  • All round good support skills.

  • Any BS skills at level 5 is a bonus but not essential.
  • Having any carrier skills is a bonus but not essential.

That is pretty close to what i am looking for, but I am just after more sp than that :(

Sorry but that toon is far too low. Looking really to have all 4 crusiers 5 + recon logi and hac 5. Thanks anyway though !
