So i've been trying to do so, moving around 100 systems. Everytime i reach a system and try to scan down the sig i cant get the red "Dot" that show up that help you target better. Am i missing something? Im using +3 on skills with virtue set and +10 scanning implants so it should "balance" the lack of max scan skills.

scanning is glitched up and ccp isnt bothered to fix it yet for now. scanning is rendered impossible if not very hard.

Is this with the new system map or the old system map?

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.

A possible work around for now is to click the signature # in the scanner screen. It's a PITA but I haven't had any *trouble* scanning it's just more time consuming
