It doesn't get better than this for industry. Lots of asteroid belts, two ice fields within 3 jumps, and right next door to Jita. Still in The Forge region so you can keep an eye on you buy/sell orders from your new home.

500 million isk gets you a moon of your choice and a small Caldari tower.
100 million isk deposit will reserve a moon for you for two weeks.
Deposits will be applied to the final purchase and are non-refundable.

Current portfolio of moons available:

Jita*: 4
Amarr: 1

* No towers are allowed in Jita. All towers listed are one jump away and still in The Forge region.

I still have two moons available that are ONE JUMP from Jita. Ice belts a few jumps away as well. This is the spot for industry. Get them now, they WILL NOT LAST at this price.
