This is pretty straight forward. A small counter for the amount of books that occupy your skillque like this: (36)

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!

Enthusiastically supported. This seems like a Little Things request more than an independent thread, though.

Proud founder and member of the Belligerent Desirables.

I voted in CSM X!

Thank you! And, my bad by the time I pressed 'post' I remembered that too.

in before some bittervet says no and goes on to explain how much worse the queue was 8 years ago as a "reason"

Not a bitter vet, but I don't see the point. Just seems like adding something for the sake of adding something.

You can add 50 skills to the queue as it is and as you progress it's unlikely you will even bother to add 50 skills as they will take so long to train.

as a 'bitter-not-quite-a-vet' supported, +1
simply so I know how much space I have in the queue to add new things, and tbh, we can get rid of the 24 hr time markings on it as well now.....

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it WILL be.

Thanks for your concern. It may be rare and I already have 174 million skillpoints but I got interested in the big fuzz about tech 3 ships and it turns out you need to train the subsystems first.

Long story short, even "veterans" may have reasons to fill the que and I was baffled how quickly I reached 50 in the que, so I thought it would be nice to see that you reach the 50 mark instead of counting to fifty every time you fill the que.

It's not a change for the sake of it and it's only one line of code that may improve everyones EVE experience without breaking anyhting.

24 hour time markings are still relevant to trial accounts.

Oh, I support the idea 100%, its a great QOL thing. I just have been around long enough to know how John Q. Bittervet thinks :)

The only thing it really does is satisfy someone's curiosity it's still pretty irrelevant, the time it takes is more relevant and even that is not so relevant when you start getting into years.

trial accounts have 24 hr skill queue still?

the time it takes is only relevant if you're training for FOTM or you want something NOW, and you can already see how long the current skill is going to take,
or if you're talking the whole queue, yes, it's got it's uses, but you can get a reasonable idea of how long it's going to take by adding up the 5-10 highest level skills, with the highest multipliers, then add on about a fifth of that again
