Might bot be a small change though as value is constantly changing on almost everything.

I don't see why it would be difficult to do
You don't make the values of EST Price static, you make it so it follow average price

If it shows you values (it currently does), it can sort by values. So I don't quite get what would be the problem.

You're looking for filters, which already exist in the game.

only issue I see is that value is not a stationary statistic and may be more difficult to add as an option. not saying it's not doable but, legacy code.

Seems reasonable +1 I live in a WH and this would be damn usefull
