A a new Eve developer I wonder how to calculate what you get beck, when you reprocess modules or ships and not ore.

It's the same formula as ore but the only thing that matters is your scrap metal skill so the rate is calculated as Station Equipment x (1 + Scrapmetal Processing skill x 0.02), minus any applicable taxes.

Materials are in invTypeMaterials in the SDE. You'll also need to use the portionSize from invTypes.
