I want eve fully installed in drive D: and not C:

I installed Eve in D:/ but apparently that's only 1GB and contains the executables, the other 30GB+ are scattered all over C: without my permission.
Anyway to move them to D:/ which is my games directory?

Sure. Copy C:\ProgramData\CCP\* oder to D: and change that path here.
