game freezes by opening standings window

Heya,

sorry if there is already a thread about this - search only brought up a locked one from months ago without any solution.
So as the title says my game keeps freezing for like 3+ seconds whenever I open my standings window on the character sheet.

I've tried clearing cache multiple times and defragmenting HDD but the issue persists.
Most of the time it's not a game-breaking thing but it gets nasty if I open my character-sheet while pvp'ing and "standings" was the last opened window.

Would be sweet if some1 had some helpful advice.
