So does CCP read the forms to get feed back on things or do they just make changes to the game and hope for the best and fix if when they start to lose subs ? Fozzy sov means nothing to me because I don't go into null sec but to shoot at people, but it does mean somthing to me because I would hate to see it mess up the game . so what do they do if their is a total reject of something ?

They just post/reply on reddit.
Csm members more active there too.

Kinda strange the official forums take a back swat to random chat website...

Changes are rarely universally liked.
Game design that caters to forum whims would lead to chaos.

Ask 10 Eve players what they want and you will get 11 different opinions.

But if I asked 10 null CEO what they thought of fozzy sov would I then get ten different answers ?

Depends who you asked about Aegis Sov.

Don't forget that the harder it is for someone to participate in Sov warfare, the easier their job as leaders is.

I've had two of my game suggestions implemented:
* Charon / Rhea cosmetic model change (later reverted and made unnecessary).
* Advanced assembly arrays made useful (took 4 years of lobbying).

I've also been effective in directing how CCP writes dev blogs, especially those of CCP Punkturis (along with other suggestions of mine she took, I pointed her at this dev blog for tips on diagrams) and CCP Masterplan won EVE with his animated GIF.

It really helps to post constructively in the right forums & threads.
