You have to be carefull about wormholes over 14.3au away. Fleet can hop in and cloak before they warp and you are allready dead

not hunting you those days are gone, I lead a sedate an slow paced life now, I've never liked risking that mush isk with open connections, yes hit dscan every few seconds is fine, but there are times when a cloaky ship enters through a hole that's out of range of dscan.
Do you hold your self to some personal rules, like "if more then .... holes abort till some close, or if so many are off dscan abort.

Have you found yourself waiting around a lot, waiting for the "perfect" time or do you sometimes say screw it and yolo it ?

Both

Two night i waited till most US/EU TZ are offline to run sites when WHs were good. Never saw anything on dscan.

When i YOLOD it yesterday i got 3 sites done before the fleet came in. SO i think from now on ill wait for better times ;p

The great thing about the Nomad lifestyle is that you could just move to a hole that has maybe only 1 or 2 connections open and then who has to wait? :)

I still have 22 more sites to clear in mine :(

Paladins are definitively not a waste. You can solo C5 sites in them... You can make the price of your paladin costs in a day. Two if you bling it to hell.

Assuming I get lucky enough to find one unoccupied. I'd like to start with C4's first to get use to them then later dual-box my 2 Paladin alts for C5's. Do you happen to know how to set up SiSi without crashing TQ so I can practice?

It's not that easy anymore, cause you know, Recons. And it seems that every pvp WH corp is now using them exclusively when they go hunting.

Well if you run combat sites withen 14.3au of all holes you are fine. I for one dscan every half second if not more than that, im paranoid about dscanning during sites

Combat Recons are D-Scan immune and won't show up on D-Scan at all, so the only other way for you to detect them is by listening for WH activations by static entrance or with a cloaky alt watching the hole 100 km from static entrance.

Crap i forgot about non-dscannable recons thanks for reminding me.

That's not necessarily true at all. Normally you scout out a target with a cloaky scanner and just provide a warp in for the T3 Fleet Combat recons aren't really in the best place right now.

why is everyone so afraid of recons? its cloaky scanners that kill you.

cloaky scanner --> sitting 10 off you -> sabre --> massive gank fleet --> gg

who the hell is randomly jumping around in combat recons anyway?
