So I have ben grinding "Guristas rally point" with a vindi + gila as assisting drones to the vindi.
Done well over 100 of them and seriously, not a single escalation and still counting as I keep on grinding atm.

So nerf confirmed?
HL3 confirmed?

Grind some more. Random is random. One of my corp members got three in two hours yesterday.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

I'm not sure about anomalies but maybe you aren't triggering the escalation?

According to the Evelopedia, that site has multiple reinforcement waves that spawn upon the destruction of the previous wave. The last wave seems to spawn the Commander NPC. Also structures at the site sometimes drop loot.

Just wondering if those structures need to be destroyed to trigger the expedition ?
