Welcome,

My name is Jack and I run a Facebook Page to reach out to people struggling with PTSD. Im a Combat Veteran and deployed with Special Forces back in 2011 to Afghan. Help me and this page in spreading the word of The Outlander so we can maybe save a life, a marriage, or a relationship with someone close. Ptsd can take everything from you, but we dont have to let it. On the page I post what I go through and what helps me with the challanges.

Awesome dude!! Thank you so much. Ill go to any length to spread the word because iv been there iv about lost my life and wife and kid. Its a reality that not many ppl talk about or wanna talk about. I have a great team of Combat vets for the page that are there to talk to and would love to hear from everyone as well as myself. Im 100% disabled through the VA, i cant work and i fight everyday to win this battle, This page saved me, opening up about it saved me so i want that small chance that i can do that for someone else. Thank you again.

I'm seeing a lot of homeless guys who are not old and looking like they spent a life making bad decisions. I'm seeing guys around 30, still with their short haircuts, begging for food. They all have that look, that every soldier has, and everybody who served can see it (I served in the 90s).

Maybe it's not another Vietnam, but the treatment of the veterans is the same.

Hopefully this does not get moved to OOP too fast.

Anything that helps people deal with PTSD is a good cause in my eyes. As a combat vet of that conflict I know many who suffer, some in 'stoic' silence, we are taught to fight on against all odds, but sometimes the odds are just too great.

Keep up the good work.
