Why did you turn your Svipul, the fastest and lightest of all the T3Ds, into a brawler? And then fly into scram range with it? You really shouldn't be surprised you lost to an amarr brawling ship.

try taking advantage of your speed, and never let him get into scram range. Artillery is your friend, and paying attention is your plan.

Please stop. The Svipul is a fantastic brawler as well as being a fantastic kiter stop spreading bad information.
